Canyon View Counseling is self-pay, this means that insurance is not accepted. Canyon View Counseling has made the intentional decision not to panel with health insurance providers for the following reasons.

• Billing insurances requires the client to have a diagnosis. This diagnosis lives on your medical records indefinitely.
• There are limits to how much your therapist can protect your privacy when insurance is involved in your care.
• Insurance can limit your access to care and which providers you are allowed to see.
• Insurance companies require providers to accept a discounted rate of 45-60% off of our hourly rate.

For your convenience, Canyon View Counseling offers reminder text messages and emails to notify you of your appointment. 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact the office to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time . If an appointment is not cancelled prior to 24 hours before the  start time - a full session fee will be charged.
